365 Project - day 31

Day 31 - Today is hubby's 28th birthday. He requested that I make him a funfetti cake in my Betty Crocker Bake and Fill pan and then fill the inside with chocolate ice cream and ice the whole thing in a light and fluffy chocolate icing. It is so tasty!

Day 30 - A little birthday eve treat at Lick it, Bite it, or Both. This also doubles as a new restaurant visited :)

Day 29 - I went scrapbooking at Archiver's today and I meant to take a picture while there. Instead you get a late night picture of my purchase.

Day 28 - Flashback Friday - These were our caps on our Sweet Leaf Tea bottles for our anniversary. It's funny how little reminders come to you. "All you need is love" was our first dance song on our wedding day and sometimes we all need a reminder to be grateful for what we have.

Day 27 - As I sit and wait for my pilates classroom to open, I wonder what is behind this door. Ductwork? A mini closet? Or something really fun?

Day 25 - I have always wanted to try and make a string light. They have three of these outside the pilates studio. So cool!

Day 24 - I bought a 30 day unlimited pass to do pilates. Today I had my 30 minute consult, she kicked my butt.

#20 New scrapbooking tool

I bought the new Sew Easy stitch piercer in December. Haven't tried it out yet, but I am excited to add stitching to my layouts without having to bust out a sewing machine.

#26 Host a party

We hosted our 3rd annual Halloween party this year. Everyone dressed up and we had tons of great food.

#65 meet Tobin

I got to meet the charming, 6 month old, Tobin while my friend (and his mommy) Noey was in town visiting for the Holidays. Somehow we managed to forget to get a snapshot of me holding the adorable Tobin, so a photo from the same era will have to do. :)

As you can see it was a bit sparse before, but it is all the frames and photos I really had when we moved into our apartment in December of 2006.

After

Some new photos and frames and it looks a lot better now. I think it looks more polished and finished. You'll have to excuse the crooked frames, every time our door is closed they jiggle a bit. When we move next I think I will secure them level with velcro or pins, but for now they are good enough :)

Day 5 - Lego set that hubby got for Christmas. It took the two of us 2 and a half hours to build. It is pretty complex!
